Add and edit professors, subjects and sections. Deletion requires Superadmin approval. Existing evaluations remain unchanged.
Current Records
Filter records using Record type, Professor, Subject, or the Name field. Duplicate entries are blocked before saving.
Rename a Section
Superadmin only. Preview affected teaching assignments, student registry records, and evaluation references. Ratings and response answers are never changed. A completed change is recorded in the audit log.
Merge Duplicate Professors
Superadmin only. Choose the professor to retain and the duplicate to archive. Historical ratings and academic assignments are reassigned; current student submissions remain protected.
Merge Duplicate Sections & Subjects
Superadmin only. Preview all affected records first. Student submissions are never rewritten; merges involving protected submissions are blocked.
Bulk Upload — Teaching Assignments
Upload a UTF-8 CSV with exactly three columns: Professor, Subject, Section. Existing database records and duplicate CSV rows are skipped. No records are overwritten.
Deletion Requests
Requests remain pending until reviewed by a Superadmin. Approved records are archived, not permanently erased.
